Simply create a task for the over-all work and then add in subtasks to break it down into steps (by tapping the blank field that shows “Add a subtask”). You can then add dates, deadlines, reminders and more, to each subtask. Long story short, they are fully featured so you can treat them exactly as you would a main task, and keep things organised in as much detail as you need!
